THE RULES OF
ENGAGEMENT.
Clear terms, clean delivery. These are the basics that keep projects fast, aligned, and drama-free.
01. Scope of Work
Every project is delivered based on the agreed scope, timeline, and milestones. Any additions outside the scope (features, pages, integrations, revisions) are handled as a change request and may affect cost and delivery time.
02. Payments
Payments are typically split across milestones. Work begins after the initial payment is received. Late payments can pause delivery timelines until accounts are cleared.
03. Refunds
Because engineering time is reserved and work starts immediately, refunds are generally not available once a sprint or milestone has begun. If a cancellation happens before work starts, we can review the situation case-by-case.
04. Ownership & Portfolio
After final payment, you own the delivered source code and assets created specifically for your project. We may reference the work in our portfolio unless a signed NDA states otherwise.
05. Communication
We keep delivery fast through clear communication. You’ll receive updates, milestones, and review checkpoints. Delays in approvals or required materials can shift timelines.
